In order to keep your conference at the lowest price possible please send request form and allow us time to respond. Pricing of packages are subject to change due to size of conference and location of event.

 

·       Luminate Ministries requires travel expenses for any conference held beyond a 50 mile radius of Akron, Ohio. (This will include lodging, gas, food, and mileage)

 

·       Luminate Ministries asks that each event is kept to a minimum attendance of 20 to keep costs at a minimum for each attendee/sponsor (however, if your group is smaller please contact us to work out an arrangement)

 

**All packages require a lead time of a 3 month notice to allow for scheduling and promotion time**
