Kim Harland

Kim lives in Canton where she was born and raised.   She was fortunate to grow up in a loving Christian home and attend a church that taught her about Christ.  While in college studying to be an elementary teacher, she met her husband and married him right after she graduated.  They have been happily married for 21 years.

Kim worked in a corporation for 9 years before she worked as a Title 1 teacher at her alma mater and then as an online elementary teacher.  After being married for a while and trying to start a family God blessed them with their daughter Kendra, who is 10 years old.  She never would have dreamed that God would place adoption in their hearts then have them travel on an adventure half way around the world to China to get her.

Along with being a wife and mother she has also been a caregiver to her grandmother after her mom passed away.  God has given her many opportunities throughout the years to grow and serve him through mission trips, hosting a mom’s group and leading women’s bible studies.  She loves to encourage, uplift, mentor and guide others to a true relationship with Christ.​​​​​
